This home, originally built in the 1990’s was amore modest development home on eight acres. We were charged to expand the home for a family with children, with multiple living spaces, home offices and a large entry foyer, kitchen with views and outdoor living spaces
The Grand Stair
We developed a new grand stair to an open bridge spanning the two sides of the home, dividing the house into two wings. One side opens to the foyer and the other to a light filled family room with beam ceiling. An octagonal room was added with full views of the expanded property.
A complete transformation
The home was totally redesigned and expanded, with added front and rear porches, gambrel roof motif’s to promote the “barn” styling, all new windows, siding and finishes throughout.
