Chews Landing House

Elegant Stonework

This magnificent stone and stucco home with a simulated slate roof was designed and built in 2010. Although the house was designed for an empty nester couple, it works well as a home for a good size family with a fully finished basement, open kitchen and two story great room, morning room with a fireplace, first floor master bedroom suite, marble foyer, home office, mudroom and two car garage.

It has a fantastic Lanai off the great room to a larger picturesque back yard..

The materials and finishes were hand selected and the homeowner spared no expense. The entry doors are a stained mahogany and inside wood floors and marble details are unique. The special simulated slate roof is hard to distinguish from the real material. Bluestone was used on patio area and the property was professionally landscaped. The home was built by Daryl Vermaat Builders.
